remedies for constipated infants

I have a an infant a month and a half old who is staying constipated.?
What do I do??? I have tried home remedies like sugar water and even a little pedialax, but it only seems to help for 1 day and we had put her on a gentle formula a month ago so now what do i do? She keeps crying when her belly hurts.
Re-lactate so you don’t have to feed her formula which causes constipation?
