how infants and toddlers learn
Question about babysitting?
I am 11 and I went to a babysitting safety course I learned like everything like cpr for infants and toddlers, children and grownups i also learned the Heimlich for infants, toddlers children and grownups i ,learned how to change diapers apporite bed times, foods, and like candy i learned not to go to the bathroom by myself if they’re not old enough without them i learned pretty much everything they would want u 2 know. My question is would they hire a 11 year old???? And would u hire me?
I have also babysat for my family members i have the card that i past and everyone says i am VERY mature for my age and i have a old soul
I wouldn’t hire you under normal circumstances, but you have taken measures to prepare yourself to be a competent babysitter. I would start with trying to babysit for family members and in your immediate neighborhood to get some experience. After you have done it a few times, ask them to write you a letter of reference. It will help you get more jobs. Good for you for going the extra step!
