What is the best Dado set for a 10 "table saw?
I want my father Dado blade set for his table saw. It is recommended the blade size is 10 "I know this might be smaller, but please no 7" sets Lowes. Thank you all.
Dado most games are smaller than 10 "but I, I used larger sets on the market for years. The characteristics love Dado see in a game (and I've used professionally for years) Stacking – I prefer the battery goes down on the "line" type carbide – extremely important, in my opinion. I prefer to have all my blades carbide tip for durability. Depending on the type of material you are working, you may want hook / angle of the tips, etc. For example, when I'm cutting hardwoods such as oak, I use a more aggressive angle on the teeth of the blade, which I do for particle board, MDF or passing …. the most common complaints about the games Dado, is an uneven bottom in the throat. If you have any blades / inserts soil / sharpened at the same time, you can avoid this problem. I used to send my Dado set at a blade sharpening service, and had the entire field at the same time – resulting in a smooth surface to the bottom of the cup.
