ibuprofen for infants dosage

Is Children’s Ibuprofen the same as Infants Ibuprofen?

I brought Children Ibuprofen by mistake for my 15 month old.
I know the correct dosage but is there any difference in the ibruprofen

the infants is concentrated so u can give less to ur child but have the same effect. Call the local pharmacy or jus get the medicine exchanged for the right thing.
