Infant passport requirement for driving to Canada and back?
My husband and I will be driving to Canada with our 5 month old daughter who does not have a passport yet. We have her birth certificate. Will the birth certificate be sufficient for her to go to Canada and get back in the US by car? Thank you.
For right now a birth certificate is going to be enough with driving. The rules will be changing in 2008.
When I drove to the US via Queenston Lewiston a couple weeks ago they didn’t even ask for ID for my 2 year old, just for me and her father
